Vcraft Labs uses internal/ third party analytics tools to access , record and report data regarding user information of services being browsed. This data shall be shared with the property developer who owns the services rendered for promotional and marketing purposes. VCraft Labs can also use this data for its personal marketing development and promotional activities and undertaking analytical activities that will enhance user and client experience in the future. However, no such data shall be shared with any third party with no access in this workflow except the third party tools used to access , store and report the data being created and the services rendered.

1) Data protection: Any confidential information shared with VCraft labs pertaining to project information pre launch or any other confidential information like payment information , billing addresses etc. will not be shared with any third party except the ones involved in the service delivery. However, Vcraft Labs holds the right to use client identification and details of services rendered for promotional and marketing purposes and user base data for service optimisation, feedback, notifications, updates etc..

User/client data except all confidential data mentioned above shall be used for market development purposes and internal optimisation of service delivery as per the discretion of Vcraft Labs .

Secure connections ( for transmission of information ), data center and network architecture are in place to facilitate a safe and secure information transmission,processing and storage of user data using state of the art technology and tools available in the market.

2) All project/design plans shared with VCraft labs belong to the client. VCraft Labs shall only use this information for delivering the output.

3) VCraft Labs permits the client to use the generated output for publishing/ promotional purposes for their personal or professional use and Vcraft Labs is also free to use the outputs generated for VCraft Lab’s promotional and professional use. In no manner, shall the client pose as the illustrator /creator of the VEZ/ other services being provided by Vcraft Labs.

Right to deny/terminate services: VCraft Labs reserves the right to terminate/disable your association with the company and access to VCraft Labs services and solutions incase the company observes abusive activity on part of the clients which hampers the functioning of VCraft Labs. Scope of abusive activities will be defined by VCraft Labs and the termination of account and services will be at the sole discretion of VCraft Labs.

VCraft Labs expects the inputs shared with them to be the intellectual property of the client who is claiming the input files and assumes that the ownership/copyright for said inputs belong to the client. In any event that the client uses design/plans that re not original, VCraft Labs will not be liable to generate service outputs on the said inputs and can deny service to the client.

The client agrees to use the service generated as per the scope of work for both online and offline purposes, in and outside India after obtaining due permissions , the onus for which lies with the client and their legal team. The client is free to use them for personal/ public use, as per their own wish, in a legal manner, and also provides VCraft Labs the license right to use the same for promotional/marketing purposes. In case the client has concerns regarding VCraft Labs using their service outputs , the client must explicitly state so during their time of association in written , to the company before the confirmation of services being provided.

Permissions for use and share of content from user end: Users provide some information voluntarily to client sales offices or leads forms for subscription to property to receive information about the property they express an interest in. In such events, Vcraft Labs reserves the right to receive this data from the property developer assuming the developer has all permissions in place to use/share this information and Vcraft labs can use this data for providing project notifications, updates, VEZ change messages to the client. Vcraft labs also has the right to use these data internally for improving user experience, service performance etc. as well as for external marketing development and promotional purposes. Further, third party tools being used by vcraft Labs will also collect certain user information for service delivery. Vcraft labs has no control over the same.
